• Corporate rates are offered to parties with a minimum commitment of 4 Refresher IV Drips per month
• Up front payment required, $396
• Payments are then recurring monthly and the amount may change if additional IV’s are needed
• Card on file is required, but you may cancel any time
• Book online, or walk-in for treatment
• Must provide us with proof of employment upon arrival
• If you choose to add additional services outside the hydration drip, you will be responsible for that amount
